Since our first commissioning efforts in 2010, the Green Building Services team has served as the primary commissioning (Cx) agent for nearly fifty projects totaling over 500,000 square feet of project area.  In a typical project, we identify over 20 opportunities for improvement, which, had they gone unnoticed, may have resulted in poor performance or potentially unsafe conditions.  We also provide additional layers of quality control related to specification and submittal review, occupant training management, and the development of comprehensive closeout documentation that ensures building managers are well prepared to run the facilities as they are intended to operate.
