We oversee the maintenance and inspection of passenger and freight elevators, dumbwaiters, and wheelchair lifts throughout the University.  Work is managed through external service contracts for monthly inspections, preventive maintenance, emergency response, repairs, and annual safety inspection, testing, and certification.  Major elevator modification and upgrade projects are also managed on a fee-for-service basis.  To learn more about these services please contact us or click the link below to submit a work request.
