LEED for Commercial Interiors certification is strongly encouraged in Harvard’s Green Building for “Tier II” projects, which are most often tenant upfits of existing buildings. The many lab, retail, or small office renovations at Harvard result in LEED-CI projects constituting over 65% of our LEED certifications, more than any other rating system.
