Once commissioning is complete, it’s critical the building’s utility consumption is measured to ensure proper performance. Our team works with building automation system (BAS) engineers, the building manager, and the design team to ensure that all utility meter and submeter data is weather normalized and that the energy model is calibrated to reflect as built conditions.
