The LEED for Existing Buildings: Operations and Maintenance rating system is an excellent framework for ensuring that a facility is being operated at high performing levels not just from an energy and utilities perspective, but also when considering purchasing, landscaping, maintenance, and other factors that result in healthy and productive environments.
