LEED Documentation

In the pursuit of making sustainable design more accessible to all, Harvard provides actual LEED submittal documentation, organized first by rating system and then credit, to the public free of charge.  The intent is to demystify the documentation process, provide examples of high quality submittals, and as a result reduce the burden on design and construction teams working on LEED projects for the first time.

At this time, we have not loaded full documentation for any LEED projects, however we hope to add major contributions in the coming months.  Please check back soon for expanded resources. Significant updates will be announced via the free Harvard Green Building Tip, so sign up to here to ensure you’re up to date with all of Harvard’s Green Building Resources.

Our estimates indicate that energy conservation measures (ECMs) in Harvard’s LEED certified facilities account for over $4 million in annual utility savings and avoid over 10,000 MTCDE of greenhouse gas emissions.
